Can I start with just Digital Twin?
Yes. Each product (Digital Twin, PLM, Training) can be purchased separately. Pricing shown includes all three, but we'll customize a quote for your specific needs.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Starter tier includes a 30-day free trial with up to 10 assets and 50 tags — enough to prove value on a single station or cell.
What about on-prem licensing?
On-premises deployment is available starting with the Professional tier. Enterprise adds hybrid and air-gapped options. On-prem licensing is annual.
How do tag packs work?
A 'tag' is a single data point (e.g., temperature, vibration, cycle count). Your tier includes a base allocation. Additional packs of 1,000 tags can be added anytime.
Do you offer academic/TVET pricing?
Yes. Accredited educational institutions receive significant discounts on the Training module and bundled hardware. Contact us for a custom quote.
What happens if I exceed my asset or user limit?
We'll notify you and offer an upgrade path. We won't cut off access — you'll have 30 days to right-size your plan.
